If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.​

All product(s) must be returned to Zone22 Apparel along with your receipt within (14) days from the delivery date for a replacement, exchange or refund.​

Postage/shipping costs and risks for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless Zone22 Apparel shipped the wrong product(s) or the product(s) arrived damaged.

​All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service at on the day of delivery.

​We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

​Carefully examine your product upon receipt. All returns must be reasonable, in Zone22 Apparel’s sole discretion.

​Any return requests or returned products received after the above-mentioned periods will not be honored, nor will such products be returned to you.

​Excessive returns or improper return activity may be deemed an abuse of Zone22 Apparel's return policy. OUR GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER: Products that have been substantially used; Products and packaging that have been broken or damaged through misuse; Large-scale, excessive returns as determined by Zone22 Apparel, at its sole discretion.

​Once an order has been successfully placed through it cannot be cancelled.
